Buffalo Chicken Chili ๐ถ๏ธ
Iโm in the process of adding all of my recipe shares from over on IG into their own category here on the blog, and this creamy & spicy buffalo chicken chili seemed like the perfect place to start! ๐คญ
This chili is the perfect meal to have during cozy season because itโs the ultimate comfort meal! Creamy, spicy, and still super high in protein! ๐๐๐

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenderloins
2-4 stalks of celery, chopped!
2-4 green onions, chopped!
1 bag of frozen corn
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can diced green chiles
1 can white beans
Chili powder
Ground cumin
Red pepper flakes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bottle of Franks Buffalo hot sauce (or your fave) ๐ฅ
1 box of chicken bone broth
1 container low fat whipped cream cheese
Plain Greek yogurt
For seasonings and everything else with no amounts listed, measure with your heart! I just dumped ๐
Directions:
Throw everything except the cream cheese & greek yogurt into your slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours!
Once the chicken is cooked, pull out and shred, put back in!
Add your creams and let it all melt & simmer for a few more minutes ๐ฎโ๐จ
Serve it up with your favorites toppings like cheese, sour cream cilantro, blue cheese, etc. & ENJOY! ๐ซถ
Super high protein & so delish + filling!
